Kilt Couture came to me with the foundations of a brand already in place, but it lacked the clarity, refinement, and direction needed to match the level of craftsmanship behind the work. Judith’s expertise, training, and “fingerprint in fabric” philosophy were strong, but they were not being expressed with the same confidence or cohesion visually. The challenge was not to start again, but to elevate and sharpen what already existed. I refined the identity into a more considered, distinctive brand that balances heritage with contemporary elegance, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the quality, individuality, and timeless nature of her garments, and positions Kilt Couture as a premium, globally recognisable atelier.
